1 hour group mat work classes - £16 per class

Ad hoc drop ins/pay-as-you-go £20 per class

Personal or small group 1 hour sessions cost:

• 1:1  - £80 for initial consultation (allow 1hr 15 mins)
  subsequent 1:1 sessions 1 hr @ £70

• 2:1 - £90 (£45 per person)

• 3:1 - £120 (£40 per person)

• 4:1 - £140 (£35 per person)​​
   

Face yoga 4 week Zoom course - £50 per course,
includes recording. 50 mins.
